Leave Perfection at the Door

"The quintessential cottage is relaxed, inviting, and encourages occupants to leave perfection at the door," says Jennifer Sperry from Cape Cod Life. Sounds good to me.

  4. I think that is what is so lovely about a beach cottage is that you can really feel comfortable in it without trying to always make it perfect. That shade of blue is quite beautiful!

  9. I live in the mountains and don't think I could leave them even for the beach...but two homes would be ideal. I hope your dream comes true.

  12. I'm SOOO glad we're no longer in the "matchy-match" phase of decorating when everyone wanted to go to a furniture store and buy a whole room full of matching pieces. Boring. I so agree with you!
